Bryce Saylor serves at Redemption Church OEC as an Head Pastor at the Bangor Campus as well as a member of the Worship Band playing the drums and occasionally as a stand in bassist. Bryce also lends his voice to the worship team and is in all ways an essential member of our leadership team. Bryce has been active in ministry since 2021, and was the first of Redemptions Associate Pastors to be called to speak. He is also a founder of and primary host for "Ready to Preach" - a podcast found on the basis of a group of friends gathered together to discuss Faith, Scripture, and Life. Bryce is the eldest son of Senior Pastor John Saylor and First Lady Lisa Saylor, and has had the privilege of sitting in, and participating in services from a very young age. Bryce states that moving forward in ministry his #1 goal is (Love God and his people!!)

Meet the Associate Pastor, Kacie Shaffer. Kacie Shaffer serves as an Associate Pastor of Redemption Church OEC and as Worship Leader at Redemption's Bangor Campus. Kacie has been active in ministry since 2021 but has participated and served in one form or another for most of her life whether it be as a member of the Worship team or aiding in running monitors for scripture. Kacie's primary goal in ministry is to reach those that may feel unreachable, and to provide spiritual support for young women in need of guidance. Meet the Associate Pastor, Pati Martinez-Serratos. Patricia “Pati” Martinez-Serratos serves at Redemption Church OEC as an Associate Pastor as well as a member of the Worship Team. Pati has been active in the ministry since 2022 and was the first official member of our Bangor Campus. Pati has been married to her husband, Arturo, since April of 1997 and together have two daughters, Bella and Aryana as well as a granddaughter, Zanai. Pati has also been a local salon owner at Pati’s Shear Styles since 2016. Pati’s main goal in ministry is to help grow the kingdom of God Almighty through His son Jesus.
